Registry Managers can manage follow-up question groups as follows:
Click the F/U Question Tool tab in the banner at the top of the page.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Question Group List page displays.
Click the Add New Question Group link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Add Question Group page displays.
In the Question Group Name box, enter the name of the question group.
Note: -_The Question Group Name information is required.
In the Question Group Notes box, enter a title for the question group.
Note: -_The Question Group Notes information is required.
To enable the follow-up questions to be sent to groups marked "System Wide", select the System Wide checkbox.
Click the Save Question Group button.
A new popup window displays confirming that the question group was created successfully.
Click OK.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Add Question Group page displays the Manage Questions section.
In the Manage Questions section, complete the following:
To finish the changes to the question group, choose from the following options:
To save all changes for the question group, including the answer information listed in the Manage Answers section, click the Submit button.
WARNING! -_Once a question group has been submitted, it cannot be changed.
The system displays a new popup window confirming that the question was saved successfully.
Click OK.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Add Question Group page displays the new question group in the Manage Question Group section.
Edit an Existing Question Group
Note: -_Completed question groups cannot be edited.
Click the F/U Question Tool tab in the banner at the top of the page.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Question Group List page displays.
Click the Edit link that corresponds to the question group.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Edit Question Group page displays.
In the Question Group Name box, edit the name of the question group as appropriate.
Note: -_The Question Group Name information is required.
In the Question Group Notes box, edit the title for the question group as appropriate.
Note: -_The Question Group Notes information is required.
To enable the follow-up questions to be sent to groups marked "System Wide", select the System Wide checkbox.
To make changes to the assigned questions in the Manage Questions section, complete the following:
To remove a question from the question group, click the Remove from Group link that corresponds to the question listed in the Questions included in the group section, and then click OK when prompted.
Note: -_To filter the questions, use the Filter by Key Words and Filter By Type boxes, and then click Filter.
To finish the changes to the question group, choose from the following options:
To save all changes for the question group, including the answer information listed in the Manage Answers section, click the Submit button.

The Follow-up Question Tool > Question List page displays.
Click the F/U Question Tool tab in the banner at the top of the page.

Click the Go to Question Group List link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Question Group List page displays.
Click the F/U Question Tool tab in the banner at the top of the page.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Question Group List page displays.
Click the Go to Question Group List link.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Question Group List page displays.
Click the Preview Question Group link for the Question Group you want to preview.
The Follow-up Question Tool > Preview Question Group page displays for the appropriate question group.
